Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a
Customer Success Engineer to join our expanding team.

This role will be based in
Guildford, Surrey.
You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis
and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.

About the Customer Success Engineer role:
As a
Customer Success Engineer,you will develop your skill set in a wide variety of areas. The primary function is to maintain and repair our equipment installed at customer sites around the world. These are mixture of medical imaging systems predominantly MRI and X-Ray modalities.


Responsibilities as our Customer Success Engineer will include:

  • Scheduling planned maintenance visits for all sites in line with Customer Service Agreements and/or Contract to ensure that scanners continue to operate at optimum levels
  • Carrying out all routine maintenance visits in a timely manner in line with Customer Service Level Agreements maintaining and fixing all hardware
  • Planning an emergency service visit and advise the account manager so that visits can be scheduled with the customer as well as visiting sites to correctly diagnose the issues
  • Monitoring the performance of installed systems revising maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance. Visiting customer sites in all locations to perform system upgrades
  • Fixing emergency and non-routine issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with other members of the Customer Success Team to ensure all issues can be rectified such as calibrating the magnet jointly
  • Modifying or correcting magnet systems/coils/aircon units on customer sites as required
  • Diagnosing potential faults through talking to the customers
  • Monitoring magnet refrigeration systems to ensure that catastrophic breakdowns are prevented
  • Stabilising the magnet refrigeration systems in the event of a catastrophic breakdown ensuring issues are resolved as quickly as possible

Qualifications, Skills & Experience we're looking for in our Customer Success Engineer:

  • Engineering skills with the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Customer Service experience
  • Organisational Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Additional language skills useful
  • Physically able to be working around magnetic fields and X-Ray Devices
  • Valid driver's license
