  • Are you passionate about improving outcomes for adults, children and young people in Calderdale. If so, Calderdale's Integrated Commissioning, Contracts and Quality Team (ICCQT) are pleased to be offering 2 exciting opportunities for individuals to join them on a permanent and 2 year fixed term basis.

  • Working as a Quality Officer for Calderdale Council's ICCQT you would support in establishing a strong, diverse quality provider market that responds to the needs of customers, families and carers.
  • You would report into a Senior Quality Officer and work with a team of 6 Quality Officers.
    Key duties and responsibilities of the role would be;
  • To undertake quality assurance monitoring of external adult care providers. Ensuring quality assurance standards and contractual obligations are met.
  • To work within a multidisciplinary integrated system to provide challenge, support and advice to providers which will include conducting joint provider visits and implementing support across a range of agencies.
  • Prepare risk ratings for all providers using gathered intelligence as required as part of the multidisciplinary risk assessment.
