We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated Data Research Officer to join our team, to support us in delivering our data research programme, which will help to shape an effective public transport network meeting the needs of the population across South Yorkshire.

The role will join a team focused on analytics across all aspects of public transport; bus, light rail, rail as well as customer feedback and insight.

The role will also involve supporting the high demand of qualitative and quantitative market research, including delivering insight into new markets and opportunities that is supporting business growth and monitoring customer satisfaction and improvement.
