Description
Our client provides care at home and outreach services for families who have a child or young person with a complex needs who has suffered with trauma in their life.
We support community connections for families and work with partner agencies to ensure thefamily's needs are met.
As Service Manager you will lead, manage, and develop services in line with service objectives and Aberlour's strategic planning framework.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the service, working collaboratively with families, communitypartners and our Local Authority colleagues.
You will have experience of empowering, working, and engaging with young people and their families to achieve positive outcomes.You will have previous managerial experience, preferably within a childcare organisation, an ability to motivate, support andsupervise others and possess effective planning and organisational skills.
You are required to be registered with the SSSC and hold or be willing to work towards relevant professional qualifications to meet SSSC registration requirements.
