Are you an experienced and passionate IT System Engineer looking for a new and exciting opportunity? As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a skilled and motivated IT System Engineer to join our in-house IT team.

As an IT System Engineer with us, you will be at the forefront of our technological advancements


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Work as part of the team that supports our successful 850 user technology business.
  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory and InTune solutions for seamless user management.
  • Manage VMWare /ESX virtualization infrastructure: physical and virtual.
  • Manage SAN storage Solutions.
  • Manage and maintain backups, replications and recovery procedures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems.
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online.
  • Supporting and designing Office 365 infrastructure and solutions, empowering our teams to work collaboratively and efficiently.
  • Provide 3rd line and senior support for complex issues.
  • Providing cross platform solutions to business needs and problems.
  • Work closely with thirdparty support companies and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain and produce accurate IT documentation, ensuring efficient knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to departmental improvement plans, with a focus on automation and process enhancement.
  • Mentor and assist IT support team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Engage in continuous learning activities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide oncall support as part of a support Rota to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical systems.

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Working knowledge of computer networking and Cisco technologies.
