The Logistics and Operations Support Administrator is a permanent, full-time position, 100% office based in South London (SW4)

The Role
The purpose of the Logistics and Operations Support Administrator role is to provide comprehensive administration support for the Transport Logistics, Operations & Storage teams
What you will do:
- To support and assist the Operations and Technician team with a range of duties which include administration and manual handling
- Accurate and timely entry of relevant information into company systems
- Support management through standard reports generated through in house databases.
- Stock control as requested by the Storage team
- Maintain communication with the operations and other departments for day to day processes and exchange of general information
- Maintaining and updating information for compliance to H&S / transport / DFT legislation.
- Inputting of timesheet and completion of monthly payroll information.
- Diary planning
- Communicating with the Operations colleagues with start times and job requirements.
- Coordination of all transportation paperwork.
- Working together with other team members to ensure the facility has the best possible appearance at all times.
- Working within the Crown warehouses, office or externally on the road as a technician.
- Overnight stays as reasonably required
- Other duties as requested by management
Training provided
- Forklift licence
- Transport Drivers CPC and HGV Licence
- IOSH
- Transport Managers CPC
Skill and Experience
Essential:
- Educated to GSCE level
- Good MS Office skills
- Word, Excel and Outlook
- High level of professionalism and customer service is expected
- Good interpersonal skills able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Must be flexible with working hours as reasonably requested by the Warehouse
- Experience of art handling or white glove removals service
