Description

Duties will include:

  • Design and implement marketing plans/agenda
  • Social media and website development
  • Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns
  • Manage online communication channels
  • Deliver efficient customer service
  • Marketing content creation
  • Completion of set work related projects throughout apprenticeship
  • Respond and deal with customer enquiries via the website and social media channels
  • Receive phone calls and divert calls or take messages
  • General administration duties to support office/management team
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 marketing apprenticeship as well as gain valuable operational experience throughout.
