Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

London

My client is a UK leading Property Company who have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Town Planner
My client specialises in Development Projects across the UK and Ireland, delivering large and complex sites. Due to their strong pipeline of work, the team are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a talented and ambitious Town Planner


Their vision for regeneration involves taking on the most challenging sites, ranging from vacant possession to dormant, dilapidates structures and developing a viable plan for their redevelopment and repurposing.


Current projects range from residential, mixed-use, commercial, student accommodation and more, and include some of the most high-profile projects in the UK.


  • RTPI accredited degree in town planning or equivalent qualification.
  • RTPI Chartered or plans to pursue the APC.
  • Demonstratable previous experience in a planning role, in either the public or private sector.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be client facing.
