Domiciliary Care Worker

Location:
Middleton area and surrounding regions

Days/Hours: 5 days out of 7 (40 hours per week)

Requirements:
In-date DBS & Driving License essential

Responsibilities:

Support clients with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Administer prescribed medications, ensuring accurate documentation.
Prepare and serve meals adhering to dietary needs and preferences.
Monitor behavior to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in client living spaces.

Experience/Qualifications:

Preferred experience in care or related fields.
Knowledgeable about medication administration protocols.
Familiar with meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions.
Able to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
