Your Role


Our People Administrator provides first class administrative support to The People Team and to every individual at each touch point throughout the employee journey.

The role will have a specific focus on supporting the Somerset, Head Office and London Operations.


You'll be joining a team who are passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience and ambition to be creative and do things differently.


Some of your key responsibilities...

  • Assist the transactional People Team activities at all stages of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, induction etc.
  • Management and maintenance of HR systems. 100% accuracy of data within all People Team systems.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports, including organisation charts, holiday, sickness absence reporting and HR metrics.
  • Manage the People Team mailbox, supporting operational queries and escalate to the People Manager as required.
  • Assisting with processing of monthly payroll including liaising with operational managers to ensure payroll deadlines are adhered to.
  • Play a key role in Artfarm's internal communications including updating Artfarm's intranet newsfeed, blogs and creating the monthly Company Newsletter.
  • Supporting on all People Team projects and initiatives.

What makes a brilliant People Administrator?

  • Previous HR/ People Administration/ Coordinator experience in a fast paced hospitality environment would be advantageous.
  • A natural problem solver, able to think of create ways to resolve challenges.
  • Confident communicator (verbal and written) with a customercentric approach to People administration.
  • Absolute confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail is essential.
