18 Month Fixed-Term Contract/Secondment
This position is to support project management staff working on the ground breaking and award winning Copley regeneration programme.

You will be working closely with residents to develop proposals for the estate, and with housing management and allocations staff to assist with the decanting of tenants and leaseholders to temporary homes to allow works to progress.

This role involves hybrid working:

You will need to spend time on the estate meeting project management staff and residents, with the remainder home working.

There may be occasional evening and weekend working, for which you will receive time off in lieu.
