Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies that will attract new clients to our care homes
Manage and update the company website, social media pages, and other digital marketing channels
Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
Organize and attend events and conferences to promote our care homes and build relationships with potential clients and their families
Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep uptodate with industry trends
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Work with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to create marketing materials
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance and ROI
