Stores/ Stock / FLT

SAP experience an advantage

Process incoming and outgoing goods and ensure that the associated paperwork and systems are applied in accordance with the company's procedures.

To carry out any other tasks as reasonably required by management.

Stock Control:

Ensure all stock transactions are processed on the system in realtime
Ensure all documents are filed and are readily available
Update any certifications relevant systeM/Folder.

Stock Receipts:

Ensuring that delivered goods are inspected, recorded and put into the correct store location, or elsewhere as appropriate. Notify any discrepancies found.
Processing stores requisitions for workshop and project demand.
Provide components and materials in line with production / PQT schedules
Replenish any line side items in the Workshop

Communication:

Liaising with all other departments on stockrelated issues where appropriate
Providing information and reports for line and operational managers as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Education Required:

No formal qualifications required

Work Experience Required:

Experience working within a store/warehousetype environment

Skills & Knowledge Required:

SAP is Preferable but not essential
Literate/numerical
Computer Literate: Desirable: Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Able to work on own initiative or as a team player

Valid FLT licence to 2500kg

7.30am-4pm Mon-Fri ( 40 hr week)

£10.42- £11 pr/hr depending on experience
