Duties:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems, and other tools.
Stay informed about emerging recruiting technologies and trends.
Work closely with HR Analytics and insights to utilize data and analytics to assess recruiting performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions, turning into actionable steps, driving changes
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on key recruiting metrics.
Evaluate and streamline endtoend recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Mitigate risks associated with recruiting processes and activities.
Provide training and support to recruiting teams on new processes, tools, and best practices; fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with other departments such as HR Operations, HR Analytics and Insights, & Finance to ensure seamless integration of recruiting operations with overall business processes.
Lead and manage change initiatives related to recruiting processes, technologies, or organizational structure.

Requirements:

4+ years' experience developing best in class recruitment programs.
Passion for storytelling with data and analytics with an ability to decipher raw data directly and translate it into actionable insights with a strategic plan.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
