Duties:


  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM systems, and other tools.
  • Stay informed about emerging recruiting technologies and trends.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics and insights to utilize data and analytics to assess recruiting performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions, turning into actionable steps, driving changes
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on key recruiting metrics.
  • Evaluate and streamline endtoend recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Mitigate risks associated with recruiting processes and activities.
  • Provide training and support to recruiting teams on new processes, tools, and best practices; fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as HR Operations, HR Analytics and Insights, & Finance to ensure seamless integration of recruiting operations with overall business processes.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives related to recruiting processes, technologies, or organizational structure.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years' experience developing best in class recruitment programs.
  • Passion for storytelling with data and analytics with an ability to decipher raw data directly and translate it into actionable insights with a strategic plan.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
