12 month fixed term contract:


As a member of the UK Shared Services team, we provide Management and governance of the Project Lifecycle in SAP (ECC).

We also provide advice and guidance to Project Managers, Project Controllers, Assistant Management Accountants, Management Accountants andFinance Controllers, on daily Project Services and Billing queries.


Including but not limited to:

  • Working in a team environment
  • To ensure revenue is recognised correctly in SAP ECC and C4C.
  • To operate within Audit parameter,
  • Provide a service to the wider Project Managers and Project Controllers community.
  • Review multiple Project Set Up forms to set up Work Breakdown Structure, Milestones and Service Contracts. Advise Project Managers and Project Controllers of any corrections.
  • Use SAP ECC and C4C
  • Ensure correct VAT and Tax has been used for invoicing. (Tax training is also provided)
  • Identify manual and automated Billing, third party invoice platform and apply.
  • Continuous improvements.
  • Continuous training, due to a dynamic changing environment.
  • Update local working instructions
