Wellbeing Advisor (Primary Care Network) (Fareham & Gosport)

Hours: 26.5 hours per week (may include weekends and evenings)

Salary Range:
£25,071 to £27,677 pro rata per annum

The PCN Wellbeing Advisor will work across all surgeries within their allocated PCN and within the wellbeing service for training, support, and supervision.

The PCN Wellbeing Advisor will be responsible for looking after their own case load.

Providing support through 1-1 skills-based work that will enable people to better manage their own low level mental health issue in the longer term.

Good IT skills are needed as recording and sharing appropriate data for the requirements of both Solent Mind and the PCN will be required.

There will be a full training and induction package for this post.
