Business Analyst - Data - London (£80K)


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our new cross-discipline Transformation Team of Operational and IT senior leaders, Business Intelligence Architects, Project Managers and Engineers, with a mandate to drive significant change withinthe organisation.


Job Requirements

As part of the Transformation Team, you will:

  • Work initially with key stakeholders and SMEs to map out key business processes, information flows, data dictionaries, user stories and heat maps, to create an accurate Enterprise-wide AS-IS picture of how the business currently operates.
  • Work with the business on designing and implementing TO-BE processes, data models and architectures aligned with the business principles, goals, and objectives you captured.
  • Work on the analysis of data sets and sources of truth and recommending opportunities to restructure and realign data structures and flows.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a BA, IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of databases and system security
  • Have the desire to challenge, ask 'Why?' and understand where the value is
  • Very good understanding of business processes and process mapping, e.g., BPMN
  • Ability to find pragmatic solutions to requirements that align to existing functionality/architecture where possible


This role is an opportunity to join a small, but growing organisation with the opportunity to travel abroad to Poland and beyond as the organisation expands.
