Our client has an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a science-based degree to join their events and marketing team

This Charity formed over 100 years ago are looking for the 4th member of their events and marketing team.

In this role, you will work closely with the rest of the Events & Marketing Team on their scientific conferences, including their Annual Conferenceand Member Roadshows.

These events are either in-person or online, and once trained, you will have the opportunity to take the lead in organising your own events within the company alongside assisting with the larger events

As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including coordinating with scientific program organisers, managing the submission process and registration, organising logistics and catering as well as runningthe events on the day.
