Geography Teacher - Secondary School
We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Geography Teacher to join a fantastic school in Hounslow.

As a Geography Teacher, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students ability in Geography and use a variety of teaching techniquessuch as whole class lessons, discussions, individual or group projects to give pupils the best education possible.

The Role:

Organising and directing the whole class and helping individual pupils as required
Setting assignments, projects, tests and exams, preparing and carrying out continuous assessment, marking pupils' work and writing reports
Prepare and give lessons in a range of topics such as the physical environment, world climate, rural and urban development, settlement and population studies
To plan differentiated lessons which match the full range of learners' needs
To manage the learning of students in a secure and friendly environment in which they can thrive

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment
Must have a strong presence and good behaviour management skills
Be comfortable teaching a Secondary School environment
