We are looking for a
Care Field Supervisor for Wareham & Ferndown to look after our clients and take on-call responsibilities on a rota schedule.

You will have the support of the Registered Manager and Administration Staff.

Salary £26,00 per annum

Main Duties:

Providing care to our clients
On call responsibilities including direct cover of care calls if unable to cover to ensure the safe delivery of the service
Responsible & accountable for the safe delivery of services in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements
Accountable for quality management including effectively managing complaints and incidents
Regular reviews for clients and staff
Attend external meetings and represent the service in a positive manner
Ensuring up to date training for all staff and adhere to the training matrix
