Due to continued growth and expansion, our client, a leading brand in the tech space, is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to join a busy marketing team.

Reporting into the Group Head of Marketing and managing a team of 1-2 direct reports, the rolewill play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and executing all marketing activities for the international sales team and wider company comms.

Key Responsiblities

  • Creation of regionspecific B2C campaigns using the full marketing mix, including the creation of bespoke valueadd collateral.
  • Creation of regionspecific campaigns aimed at Resellers (B2B), focusing on supporting resources and sales collateral.
  • Marketing new product updates and general daytoday product promotion using a broad marketing mix.
  • Liaising closely with Group Head of Marketing to create new/updated collateral to feed into B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Liaising closely with sales teams across all offices, attending and assisting with trade shows.
  • Monthly campaign reporting.
  • Supporting at least one direct report and reporting to the Group Head of Marketing.

Person Profile

  • The ability to plan, manage and execute international campaigns, understanding the subtle nuances across different countries and audiences.
  • Proven experience to accurately track and report on impact, success and future improvements.
  • Excellent campaign management skills to ensure multiple campaigns and associated collateral are created and delivered on time.
  • The ability to plan a range of valueadd resources for a range of sectors/regions including guides, whitepapers, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Management skills with the ability to adapt your approach to get the best out of direct reports, and not be afraid to dive in and support tasks when needed.
