- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities and duties
- Provide general office administrative support.
- Help maintain, update and manage the office database.
- Assist with landlord and tenant enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Answer and process telephone calls and ensure accurate message taking.
- Liaise between landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Assist with key management.
