Cavity Wall Insulation Extraction and Cavity Wall Insulation Technician

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be over the age of 21 to meet the vehicle insurance requirements.

Competently carry out the removal of cavity wall insulation and installation of cavity wall insulation to a very high standard.
Ensure drilling patterns are correct for the type of property and survey.
All quality checks are completed for each job.
Ensure the working site is set up safely.
Liaising with customers, full explaining what the installation will involve and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
Check all equipment i.e. ladders, harnesses are fit for use.
Ensure vehicle is fit for use/carry out daily vehicle checks.
All paperwork is completed fully per job.

Essential Skills:

Able to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues in their team.
Must have the drive to ensure that H&S and Quality legalities and standards are maintained and where possible improved, through strict adherence to internal and external policies, procedures and standards.
Motivated to learn and continually develop expertise.
Able to demonstrate commitment and drive at the same time as flexibility.

Salary:
£33,600.00-£34,000.00 per year
