Description

Our client is a successful well respected Manufacturing company with a turnover below 20million. They have a newly created role which offers good prospects and a secure role.

You will be reporting to the FD and MD of the business responsible for Management and Financial Reporting, forecasting and capex submissions.

Monthly accounts and Business Unit (Group) reporting
Analysis of trends, issues etc
Quarterly rolling forecasting
Involvement in Annual Strategic Planning (3 year view)
Work with SAP Project Manager to help deliver SAP golive in 202
Capital spend submission, reporting & forecasting
Lead year end statutory and tax reporting
Stock accounting and associated journals
Direct annual product cost revisions of BOM's and routings for all products.

This is a great role which will appeal to an experienced accountant who enjoys interaction across all levels of the organisation leading to understand the critical drivers of operational performance.

You will be developing close working relationships withoperations, technical, purchasing, material control and new product development functions.

Experience of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
