Maintenance Person / Handyman working at our Residential Care Home for adults with Learning Disabilities
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Person to assist with the day to day upkeep of our Care Home for people with Learning Disabilities situated in Hungerford.
- Responsible for general upkeep of the property
- Responsible for general upkeep of the gardens
- Maintenance, and repair, of fixtures and fittings
- Painting and decorating work
- Carrying out health and safety checks and recording these accurately
