We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor to join our Marshall Skoda dealership in Northampton.

You will be joining a supportive and very friendly team at Northampton and will be supporting the Service Advisory team with any queries and escalations.

What will I do on a daily basis?

You will be involved in training and supporting new members into the team, be a pivotal point of contact and utilising your existing skillset to ensure your team are consistently highly performing and achieving set KPI's and targets.

What experience do I need?

Due to the current team we have within Northampton, we are looking to speak to you if you already have previous Automotive Experience in a Service Advisor's position and are looking to take the next senior step in your career.
