Our well established Client is currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager on an initial 1 year contract with potential to extend.


Key skills / Responsibilities / Experience

  • Working knowledge of ITIL methodology
  • Good understanding of IT Service Operations
  • Strong analytical competency
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management
This role is fully remote with very occasional travel to site.
