We have a new exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated and professional, who is looking to become an important member of our quickly growing team.
If successful, you would be responsible for a range of clerical and support tasks in a fast growing Cheltenham based small business in the architectural metal work sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general admin tasks, Filing, taking calls and liaising with colleagues.
- Assisting finance department with invoicing and any other relevant tasks.
- Assisting the procurement department raising and chasing orders.
- Assisting with the management of logistics.
- Contribute to the development of administrative systems and processes.
- Support towards the work of more senior colleagues to assist with project completion.
- Demonstrate core values and behaviours as an active team member.
Job Requirements:
- Administration background preferred
- Good communication oral and written
- Ability to work independently, attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
- Become a core member of a fast growing team.
