SEGULA Technologies serves clients in the renewable energy (hydro, wind and solar), fossil fuel and thermal power sectors. We focus on design, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, decommissioning and dismantling also covering logistics and documentation.

Developing and managing long, mid, and shortterm integrated site plans and scheduling for all on/offshore works.
Resource management to support site.
Demand forecasting across the year (vessels, resource, spares, tools, Contractors).
Proposing innovative ways of balancing available resource against requirements to maximize resource productivity.
Developing resource models to maximise yield.
Proposing resource plans and work with management to develop associated workpatterns.
Modelling and identifying the planning risks and opportunities to the integrated site plan and providing recommendations to site management on programme slippages or the site's capacity to build in yield days.
Translating longterm plans/schedules into shortterm/daily plans/schedules and generating daily transfer/PAX lists.
Planning logistic solutions (based upon work plans/schedule) to maximise time in the WTG and to minimise travel times/distance travelled.
Managing and updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP). Including maintaining accurate records in the CMMS on equipment and resource usage. Raise, managing and closing job requests in the CMMS.
Tracking the progress and keeping site management informed on progress of all O&M (including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, jackup campaigns) performed on site/at hub.

Qualifications

Project or Resource Planner experience
IT literate (Microsoft Office package etc.)
Knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling tools including MS Project
Knowledge and experience of SAP
Data Analysis Skills

Additional Information

6 months contract
Salary: up to £35k pa
