Do you have the experience and drive to take responsibility for PR tactics and operations and drive delivery across Honda Motor Europe?

You will be accountable for all media relationship management for the UK business.

Working closely with their European team, create all PR messaging which you will then include in press releases, speeches, press kits, crisis communications and statements.

You will own the PR strategy for new automobile launches and model changes. You will manage a team of 3 ( PR & Events Manager & 2 master technicians).

Experience Required:

Technical expertise in PR (Agency/Client)
Previous experience of budget management
Previous staff management experience
Proven track record of owning and executing large scale events.

Previous experience of automotive industry and a strong portfolio of positive relationships would be advantageous but not essential. The role is hybrid working and requires 50% of the working month based at Head Office. The role will require weekend workingand evening entertainment.

The role is inside IR35 - £200-£225 per day PAYE or via an umbrella agency £300 per day, with a comparable annual salary equivalent £52k-£58k depending on experience.

This role is not directly employed by Honda but managed by SignetResources.
