Hybrid Offices based in Redditch - Minimum 2 days a week in the office. You must have a UK Driving Licence and own vehicle as travel will be required to our external partners.**We are currently looking for an
Implementation Consultant to join our growing team here at TelXL. This is a new and exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for onboarding, training and assisting our partners in learning our Voice, Digital and Omnichannel platforms and transition them to a point where they are able to independently build and support our platform with their customers.


We work in a Channel environment so you will be enabling our Partners, Resellers, MSPs and VARs to implement our CCaaS platform into end user organisations.

Our partners operate across a huge range of sectors including Public sector, Education, Health, Insurance, Finance and retail.

There will of course be instances where they need support with complex builds once they are onboarded and you will be there in these instances to ensure systems are built in the best and most efficient ways.

Job Purpose:


  • Educate, train and support new Partners on our Voice, Digital and Omnichannel platforms using a variety of methods.
  • Mentor technical consultants within the Partners organisations to design, configure, test and implement a bespoke fit for purpose Contact Centre solutions (CCaas) with the ultimate goal of partners being able to autonomously build CCaaS solutions with our products to meet their customers requirements.
  • Manage and deliver effective onboarding projects to agreed timescales and budgets, identifying pain points and implementing solutions prior to problems arising.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional onboarding and support to our Partners.
  • Account managing partners until they are at a point where they can be transitioned over to a Technical Account Manager.

Responsibilities include:


  • Oversee and manage the smooth and efficient onboarding of new partners, planning and managing the endtoend onboarding process.
  • Communicate effectively with partners during the onboarding process and signpost next actions, providing support throughout.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and effective.
  • Maintain project documentation and implementation guidelines.
  • Provide support and advice to partners on the use and configuration of solutions when onboarding customers, providing clear and effective resolutions.
  • Support with the creation of internal and partnerfacing documentation to a high standard, including solution designs, project documentation, user and configuration guides and technical specifications.
  • Deliver our solution overview (using prebuilt materials) to a Partner, demonstrating at a high level how to operate the platform both facetoface and remotely.
  • Feedback to internal stakeholders including Operations and the Product team where system improvements can be made.
  • Consistently review and report on training feedback, ensuring what we are delivering is fit for purpose and making recommendations on improvements.
  • Assist partners in the build of complex Contact Centres or onboarding complex partners when required.
  • Deliver training on new features within the platform when required.
  • Develop a tool to track and manage training hours with external partners.
