FAMILIES KEY WORKER

Full time - 35 hours per week | £21,500 | Fixed-term contract ending 31st March 2025

Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children, young people, and families to thrive?- We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Worker to join our established Families Team working on the new Supported Families Programme.

As one of our Project Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services which will achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.

Education and Qualifications:

Essential

A relevant Level 3 qualification and/or equivalent experience
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
First Aid Qualification or willingness to work towards

Desirable

Professional qualification as a children's workforce practitioner (e.g. qualified teacher, youth worker, social worker or healthcare practitioner.)
NVQ Level 3 working with parents
Safeguarding Level 2 and
PCV/D1 driving licence

Skills and Experience:

Essential

Experience of providing support to children, young people and families
Practical understanding of contemporary issues relating to children, young people and families
Practical experience of delivering interventions that support children, young people and families
Experience of programme design and evaluation against set outcomes
