Job Title:
Customer Service Executive (Fixed term)


Salary:
£24,000


Hours: 38 per week


Location:
Epsom (Hybrid working - 3 days at home, 2 days office based)

Duties will include:


  • Supporting a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes
  • Ensuring that customers questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly


We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer services environment, be able to have good decision making and judgement skills with clear written and oral communication skills.

You must be PC literate with intermediate level IT skills in Microsoft Word & Excel.
