Job Overview:
As a Graphic/IT Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's digital and creative needs. This position requires a diverse skill set, combining graphic design expertise with technical IT knowledge.

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various marketing materials, maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations in the digital realm.

Responsibilities:


Graphic Design:

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual content, including banners, brochures, social media assets, website graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools to create high-quality visuals that align with the company's branding guidelines.

Continuously explore and implement the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.


IT Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enforce data security protocols and disaster recovery plans.


Multimedia Content:

Assist in creating multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to enhance the company's marketing efforts and user experience.

Edit and optimize multimedia content for various platforms and devices.


Digital Marketing:
Participate in brainstorming sessions and marketing meetings to contribute creative ideas and insights.


Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or IT Technician. International experience is more preferable.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
• Strong IT troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• High attention to detail and the ability to deliver highquality work under tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing free lancing work with fiver or related work.

Salary:
£9.44-£10.44 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 5 years (preferred)
