An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join a reputable developer in West London.

We are working with a close client of ours who have provided a unique opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join their established technical team.

This will involve working across a multitude of residential projects for their West London division.

Their impressive portfolio of projects is going from strength to strength; you will be responsible for predominantly RC frame schemes ranging up to £500 million.

This role will be office based, with the option to work from home.

This is the perfect role for an individual with an extensive background working on residential schemes for either a developer or Main Contractor.

Utilising your experience managing these projects, you will have a large responsibility in the smooth running of each project in your control, ranging from units, with the support of a Senior Technical Manager.
