Description

We are currently recruiting for a number of Warehouse FLT Operatives for our client, a renowned Airline Catering company, based in Crawley, supplying to Gatwick Airport.

Duties include

To check all products when receiving delivery for quality, quantity, date and temperature.
Ensuring stock is put into the correct warehouse or departmental location.
Ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Ensuring stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life both in the warehouse and in the unit.
Ensuring COSHH and HACCP are adhered to at all times.
Ensuring unit compliance with Food safety regulations

- paperwork, FIFO, stock rotation, stock labelling.

Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
Liaising with operations and purchasing department queries.
Conduct stock counts as requested per Counts schedule.
Ensuring tidiness and high standards of the warehouse, freezer and fridges.
Ensuring CAA compliance, seals and other security stock control and management.

You must be flexible to work within other departments of the unit, as and when required by the business. Ideally you will have experience of working in a team and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll also require good literacy and communication skills.

These are full time positions, working rotating earlies and late shifts and the shift pattern is 4 days on, 2 days off.
