Day to Day Duties
- Order Processing
- Processing collections of returned goods for customers and suppliers
- Building customer relationships
- Processing credits
- Working closely with sales managers raising queries
- Electronic Invoicing
- Creating new customer accounts
- General administration tasks
- Minimum 1 years 'Administrative experience
- Ability to build internal relationships
- Able to use MS Packages
- A professional telephone manner, planning and communication skills
- Computer literate essential
