Description

We are recruiting for a strategic and commercially driven CRM Executive to join a luxury skincare brand due to company growth


You will be a creative and inquisitive individual with experience in Retention and Acquisition, improving engagement across all CRM activity.

You are an agile team player, collaborating with cross-departments to enhance and scale a connected customer experienceacross channels, which will result in growing our customer base, increasing and expanding their brand loyalty.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the implementation weekly CRM program
  • Devise, implement and manage customer and data led CRM and automation programmes to deliver customer retention and frequency
  • Optimisation of customer lifecycle including prospecting, nurturing, and upselling.
  • Support the CRM in reengagement campaigns and data/audience segmentation
  • Familiar with all the marketing initiatives, customer acquisition and retention programmes via key marketing channels.
  • Support the CRM Manager in monitoring and improving performance of all CRM communications.
  • Responsible for answering and solving customer queries, complaints and issues via our CRM programmes.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ecommerce experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury brands
  • Experience with MS Excel and KPIs reporting
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo is a plus
  • Experience of working in fastpaced and highpressure environments
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problemsolving skills
Please be aware this role will require 5 days in the office for initial onboarding and then 3-4 days a week ongoing
