Salary:
£49,135 - £70,385
What you'll be doing:
Manage and Assist in the development of EW capability-based training by:
- Producing customer training courses with appropriate certification
- Contributing to the training framework and ensuring successful delivery of the training requirements by working with both internal and external training suppliers.
- Ensure the team develop training course syllabuses that align with the contractual requirements.
- Support the team in enabling the development of the training courses in conjunction with internal and external suppliers and SME's
- Review of training documentation and sign off.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Degree educated in a science/engineering discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Training Lifecycle
- Training Qualification (TAP or equivalent)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Desirable
- Familiar with Electronic Warfare and its products
