An exciting opportunity to join the Quality Assurance team within the Global Operations directorate as one of our Quality and Standards Leads.


The Quality Assurance team is responsible for providing oversight of safety performance, health and safety standards and training compliance across the Global Operations departments.


About the role:

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance within Global Operations Integrated Operations Control Centre.
  • Lead safety investigations in line with our Corporate Safety and Security Standards
  • Analyse safety performance data to identify risks and/or recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work with central safety and flight operations teams to ensure compliance is maintained

About you:

  • Experience in airline operations and/or or safety compliance oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence others
  • A good understanding of UK Air Ops regulations and IATA Standards and Recommended Practices
