Hi Vis Hire Recruitment are the appointed recruitment partner for
Alltruck Commercials, who provide a wide range of services for commercial vehicle customers throughout Scotland and are soon becoming a Mercedes-Benz Trucks after-sales approved repairer.


As a result, Alltruck Commercial Vehicle Repairs are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their ever expanding and successful team based in Grangemouth.


The parts team use modern technology to ensure the right parts are delivered at the right time and at the right cost to customers.

Your role is to ensure that all required parts and additional accessories for any particular repair or service are available, or procured, at the earliest opportunity and that stock is in first class condition.

You will maintain a stock control system and assist staff in parts identification, carry out stock inventory checks and ensure the ordering function meets customer demands.


Ideally with experience sourcing and supplying commercial vehicle parts to customers, you must have excellent time management skills and always think with the customer in mind.

The ability to work well as part of a team and deliver consistent performance in a fast paced environment is key in this role.


What are we looking for?

  • Motivated and driven individuals with a 'can do' attitude
  • Experience within a customer focused environment, ideally within the automotive or transport sector, or with a parts or service background.
  • Well organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Effective communicators with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
  • Experience in a commercial vehicle parts operation or in a comparable role within the automotive sector.

This is a full time role based on site in Grangemouth and salary will be negotiable depending on experience. In addition, you will be able to join a subsidised Mercedes company car scheme.
