Remedy Recruitment Group are currently on the lookout for a Team Manager for a Looked After Children Team based just outside of West London.


We require experienced and motivational team manager to lead a talented group of social workers within Children Looked After Team.

As a team Manager you will manage, develop and maximise operational relationships within the team and Partners to deliver aneffective Children Looked After service, which is timely, within budget and in line with policies and procedures.

You will provide quality supervision to two Assistant Team Managers so that they can positively work with supporting social workers in workingalongside children, young people and their families to champion their needs whilst building trust and confidence.


You will need to be:


  • SWE registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
