Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.
We are recruiting an Immediate start - Caretaker for our client in Burnage (M19).

Responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of site projects.
Staff supervision.
Basic building maintenance.
Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
Have the ability from time to time to work to tight deadlines.

Our requirements:

Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 2 years including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
Must be pro active. friendly and hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts:
Monday - Friday 07:00am

09:15am and 13:15pm
18:00pm, based on 52 week

Salary:
£24,294.00 to 25,979.00
