  • Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

Benefits:


  • Hours: 36.5 Mon-Thurs 8.305pm, Friday 4pm
  • Holidays: 25 (inc Xmas) increasing to 30

Role:

Are you a professional, process-driven Administrator with superb attention to detail?


A small, dedicated and client-centric IFA firm, located on the outskirts of Newcastle, are now seeking to recruit an additional 2 Administrators to their team.


The role would suit an individual possibly with Financial Services experience, who would like to work in partnership with one Adviser.

Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, who excels in delivering accurate work.

Alternatively, someone keen to begin their Financial Services career and take full advantage of study/exam support, whilst learning processes, systems and gaining extensive investment, pension and protection knowledge, working alongside a highly successful Adviser and talented team.


Responsibilities:


  • Completing, submitting and processing new business via platforms and product providers
  • Take ownership of organising monthly client reviews including preparation of review files, valuations and investment performance reports
  • Liaise with clients in a friendly professional manner both on the phone and face to face
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, databases and paper files making sure these are up to date and compliant
  • Maintain and manage spreadsheets and other records
  • Produce letters, reports and invoices as required
  • Carry out general office tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing

Qualifications:


  • Industry qualifications are not required study support will be provided (if desired) to attain Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
