What you'll be doing:


  • Managing a portfolio of agency instructions
  • Advising clients of appropriate terms for the purchase, letting and sale of properties, to ensure sites are realistically appraised and all 'angles' assessed
  • Preparing sales and marketing particulars and selecting successful purchasers/tenants
  • Marketing instructions and negotiating appropriate terms
  • Building close working relationships with key clients in order to maximise opportunities for repeat work.
  • Promoting Bidwell's services and winning agency instructions

We do not seek to limit our most creative people to purely letting agency work but encourage an all-round approach which could include:

  • Funding and acquiring business space
  • Development appraisal and feasibility analysis
  • Disposal advice and negotiation with purchasers
  • Tenant targeting
  • Investment creation

About you:

We are seeking a surveyor who is building their career and looking to make that next move. Previous experience in our markets and in an agency capacity would be beneficial, but support and mentoring will provided. Those with experience in a different areasof surveying or a different market will be considered. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial flare and a professional and engaging manner. We're looking for someone who is driven, proactive and enthusiastic.


The opportunity is a flexible one which can be adapted to suit the prior experience and aspirations of the right individual.


Your package:


We will pay you competitively and provide you with an excellent benefits package: 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), up to 8% contributory pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, medicash scheme (money towards dental treatments,opticians and remedial therapies).
