Description

Acting on behalf of my client a nationwide property maintenance and refurbishment company, Workforce On Demand require labourers to carry out a soft strip out of a hotel in central Belfast.
**Duties:
- **-
Strip out of hotel rooms:

  • Moving soft room furnishings into storage:
-
Uplifting of carpets:

-
Lifting & carrying of materials to site:


  • General labouring duties
  • keeping site clean and tidy at all times
**Duration:

Start Date
  • Sunday 30th April:

  • Most be available to work weekends:

  • 12 days on 2 days off:

Good duration - ongoing
**Requirements:
- **-
Ideally a cscs card is preferred, however my client will take labourers who can demonstrate they have previous experience labouring on site:

  • PPE
  • safety boots and high viz vest will be required:

Weekly pay:

-
Competitive hourly rate - £12ph:


  • Can pay CIS or PAYE
