About us

Crowborough Rugby Club is a welcoming, exciting and ambitious community Rugby Club operating out of a modern Clubhouse within 16 acres of fully owned pitches, parking and training areas. We have 3 Senior teams as well as thriving Mini's, Junior and Ladies sections.

Our Clubhouse features bar and kitchen areas which are busy both during the rugby season as well as for the many external functions (parties, wedding receptions, wakes, business meetings etc) that we host during the year

BAR STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Follow all alcohol serving procedures and training materials.
• Follow all food service procedures and training materials.
• Record beer and wine sales accurately.
• Take accurate drink orders from customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and orderly.
• Anticipate the needs of customers.
• Tend to the needs of customers in a friendly manner.
• Serve alcoholic beverages.
• Serve food., Serve drinks.
• Ability to manage the bar if the Bar Manager is not available would be an advantage

KITCHEN ASSISTANT
In addition we are seeking to expand our kitchen staff.

Main duties include preparation of hot food items, using a cash register to accurately record sales, keeping the kitchen areas tidy and dealing effectively with customers.

This role is open to those 16 years old and over and an ability to manage the kitchen if the Catering Manager is not available would be an advantage


APPRENTICE

Due to our need for both Bar and Catering staff we are open to there being an opportunity for an Apprentice position to cover both areas.

Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
