The Best Connection is working with our client based in Seaham. They are a supplier of catering equipment and products to a range of customers nationwide. Due to increased levels of business, they now require a
Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.


Duties will include:

  • Dealing with online orders updating and releasing orders for their ordering system
  • Receiving inbound calls from their helpline and assisting customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Checking and chasing deliveries for customers
  • Updating an inhouse computer system
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good communcation skills
  • IT literate
Hours of work

  • Monday
  • Friday rotating weekly:


  • 8.00am

  • 4.00pm
  • 9.00am 6.00pm

Pay rate:
- £ £13.46 per hour depending upon experience.
