Description
F T P Electrical Testing Services are hiring They are looking for an Admin Apprentice to help support the rest of the team.
The chosen individual must be highly organised as you will be responsible for logistics at times which includes booking accommodation for employees as well as ensuring all bookings made can be reached.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using Microsoft Office packages & bespoke company systems to create and edit files
- Inputting data into these Microsoft and bespoke company systems
- Booking in scheduled works in operations
- Arranging permits for drivers
- Booking accommodation for drivers who are on the road
What we're looking for:
- Hard worker
- Microsoft literate with basic IT skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Can use own initiative
- Functions effectively in a team and individually
Job Types:
Full-time, Apprenticeship

From £4.81 per hour
