Sales Operations Assistant
A family-owned trailer contract rental business based in Hertfordshire, progressive in modern technology with a customer focus ethos.

An opportunity at a business that has successfully made an annual profit for over 25 years, with consistent investment in fleet, technology, land & personnel.

Due to further expansion of a new purpose-built commercial sales building, we have a vacancy for a Sales Operations Assistant.

A sales/commercial working environment of driven individuals, motivating each other as a team to achieve the very best.

Duties will include:
-

Organising/liaising delivery of assets with customers traffic management.
Booking/organising PDI inspections with subcontractors.
Tendering with transport companies for delivery prices and allocating the work.
Managing the completion of infleet shortterm rentals contracts with customers.
Communicating to the operations term on trailer availability, equipment to be rent ready to meet customer's collection expectations.
Dealing directly with manufacturers on build dates of new equipment.

Garton Court, Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7RH

Monday - Friday 8.30am -17:00pm

£24,000 per annum
